I spent over a decade in the tech industry using Kaizen — Continuous Improvement — to lead and transform high-performance teams. I know what it takes to drive organizational change from the inside.
Then I asked myself: what if I applied those same systems-thinking principles to human performance?
That question launched 15 years of research, experimentation, and over $115K invested in understanding how high-performers actually operate — from nervous system regulation to behavioral psychology to the science of habit design.
Today, I work at the intersection of AI fluency and human optimization. I help leaders who are excellent at what they do become excellent at what’s next.
This isn’t theory. I use AI daily to run my own business, create content, analyze data, build tools, and make decisions. Everything I teach, I practice. Everything I recommend, I’ve tested.
